Ridgewood House Cancellation Policy: 

We are a small business and last-minute cancellations affect us significantly. We therefore must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.  50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.  No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.  

Cleaning fee:

We charge a $100 cleaning for each reservation.

Pet Policy:

We do allow pets at The Ridgewood House.  There is an additional $100 pet cleaning fee.  Sea Girt Beach allows dogs on the beach during the off-season, from October 1st to March 15th. 

Beach Badges:

Beach badges are required for all individuals 12yo and above, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  The Ridgewood House provides four (4) Sea Girt Beach Badges for guests staying in The Royal Suite and The Birdsong Cottage.  Additional beach badges can be purchased at the Sea Girt Pavilion on Beacon Blvd.

Parking:

The Royal Suite and The Birdsong Cottage each come with an assigned parking space in the driveway directly in front of The Birdsong Cottage. Guests can also park along the left-hand side (south side) of The Terrace where overnight street parking is permitted. Additionally, overnight street parking is permitted anywhere else in the town of Sea Girt unless otherwise posted.
